Refund policy

Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:
• Unworn
• In original condition
• In its original packaging

For hygiene reasons, rings that show signs of wear cannot be returned.

Exchanges
If your ring doesn’t fit, we offer size exchanges, subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return postage.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
